Introducing my new addiction...kimchee fried rice!
step 1: saute diced kimchee & marinated chicken
(I used a kalbi recipe & replaced sugar w/ agave)

step 2: after sauteing for 7-10 minutes, add a bit of sesame oil & kimchee juice,
saute a bit more & then add rice
step 3: mix in the rice so that all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Now for some "ra-bokki" aka rice cake in spicy sauce w/ ramen noodles & fish cake

Mmm...alongside, some fried squid
And to clear the palate...some BOMB sweet & crunchy watermelon.
