Over the knee boots...yay or nay? Burberry's Fall runway showcases 
python thigh high boots at its best. Pairing these bold boots with a 
sleek short preppy coat offers a nice contrast to these "hooker" heels. 
With longer coats and dresses, the boots look like textured tights. 
And I really love how Burberry is all about classic jackets, and 
Christopher Bailey (Burberry Prorsum's talented designer) knows how to 
keep things modern and chic. It's a great label for all ages.

{FOOD} The Great American Breakfast

As a sort of spur of the moment, I decided to follow my friend to New Yorrrrrk~ 
to celebrate her last hurrah in the states before she moves back to the far East. 
So glad to have gone with her! 
The trip made me realize that I am in love with this city! Not only did I have a fab time 
with my ladies, but also delicious and scrumptious food was duly eaten, of course :)
There's nothing like a delicious & hearty American breakfast to hit the spot. 
And even though it was two in the afternoon, my friends urged that we patiently 
wait the 45min.-1hr line to eat at Clinton Street Baking Co. near the Lower East Side, 
and OMG, so glad that my taste buds had the privilege to taste such sweet'n'salty wonders.

{BAKING} A Spring Snack---Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

What to do with left-over ricotta?? The subtle sweetness and creamy soft 
texture of ricotta makes it a surprising and splendid ingredient for desserts. 
With citrus in season, I baked a batch of Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze.
The cookies without the glaze taste and look like mini biscuits, and the ricotta makes 
them moist. Now with the glaze, it's a burst of lemony sweetness in your mouth.
I think the toughest part of the recipe would be zesting lemons. If you have a 
microplank, then no worries, but I don't have one...So what I did is peel the 
lemon with a peeler (making sure not to get the white part of the skin) and then 
finely chopped the lemon peels by running my knife back and forth. This method 
actually gets you more zest, however, it's twice the effort. I thought that I would be the 
only one enjoying these because I love all things citrus, but my guy friends and bf ate 
them all up! So it's definitely a great treat for all.
